The Department of Neurophysiology, NIMHANS, is organizing the 11th Annual Conference of the Association of Physiologists of India (ASSOPI) during the golden jubilee of this Department, which was established in December 1975 by visionary leader Prof. T. Desiraju.
The conference will have eminent speakers from India and worldwide who are stalwarts in Physiology and biomedical sciences. The organizing committee has planned a scientifically exciting program consisting of Keynote Addresses, Plenary lectures, and symposia on several aspects of experiential and translational physiological sciences.
Interactive posters and oral sessions will be held to encourage budding biomedical scientists on the anvil.

The Association of Physiologists of India (ASSOPI) was established to promote research across all levels of biological organization and enhance the development of physiological science in India. Its main objective is to disseminate knowledge and encourage research in Clinical & Interventional Physiological Sciences. Registered under the Societies Act of 1860, ASSOPI organizes various scientific events, including CMEs, workshops, and an Annual International Conference, aimed at fostering collaboration with clinicians and scientists in the biomedical field.
